Our customer support team was called to a special assignment at the Kolmarden Zoo (Sweden) this summer. The routine bearing change on the rope pulley had to be carried out. From a technical point of view, this was pure routine, but in terms of the environment, it was something very special. For a change, the animals of the park took on the role of spectators and closely observed the precise maneuvers of our team in action.
